Washing and sanitizing are different
A sanitizer dispenser should not be described as a handwashing sink. If people need soap and water, request a handwashing station and confirm the facilities supplied with the proposed equipment.
Position it in the user journey
Consider the route out of the toilets and back to the work or gathering. Leave room for people to use the station without blocking the restroom entrance or creating a vehicle conflict.
Ask about water and supplies
Confirm how clean water, wastewater, soap and drying supplies are managed. Agree who replenishes the station and how to report an issue during the rental. Usage patterns affect the practical service arrangement.
